For the same reason you have to pay taxes when you win the lottery or a free car, you’ll also have to pay taxes on your complimentary resort stay. These range from $30-$75/night for resorts that typically charge $200-$500/night. For example, you might pay $350 in taxes & fees for a resort that would normally cost $1,400.

A recovery fee that covers housekeeping and other costs may also be applicable depending on the location you choose. These fees are standard in Las Vegas, for example.

The voucher covers your stay, but not airfare, food, excursions, or resort taxes & fees. 

1. When Scheduling Your Test:

Type your preferred destination into the  text box labeled “Complimentary Resort Stay Destination”. Please note that you cannot request a specific hotel or resort as availability is constantly changing. You can see a list of available resorts once you receive your voucher. 

2. Watch for your voucher in your inbox: Your complimentary stay voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours after completing your test. The voucher will contain detailed instructions on how to activate your stay and complete your booking.

3. Activate your voucher:

Once you receive the voucher, you will have up to 7 days to activate it. You will then have 18 months to actually book your stay at one of the resorts in the specified destination. Activation will include covering any applicable taxes or resort fees, as previously mentioned. You will not have to pay anything else unless you upgrade your room during the booking process.

While there are plenty of destination options, availability for specific dates and resorts can't be guaranteed. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for the best selection. Resorts release dates at their discretion—some only offer a few weeks at a time to choose from, while others make dozens of weeks available to choose from, including peak travel times like summer (book those early!)

Can I get a free resort stay without getting a test?

Yes! Starting March 2025, you can join our affiliate program and after 5 successful referals, we’ll send you a voucher for your free resort stay! Earn $50 for every legal test you refer and $100 for every pre-natal test you refer. Do I have to take a timeshare presentation or other sales preview in order to take advantage of this vacation incentive?

Great question, no, you will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation, there are no hoops to jump through and we make it extremely easy to use your travel voucher.

How many nights does the voucher cover?

Most destinations have 3 to 4 night stays, with the exception of some Mexico & Hawaii resorts at 5 nights, and some Thailand & Indonesia resorts at 7 nights.

What are the taxes based on for the travel vouchers?

The taxes associated with the activation of the vacation incentive are to cover the local tourism and bed taxes, government sales tax or value-added taxes and these are based on the average full retail rate of the accommodations. Taxes average about $30-75 per night.

Why do I have to activate it within 7 days?

The incentive voucher will expire in 7 days from the date it’s emailed to you due to availability restrictions. However, once you activate your resort voucher you will have 18 months to actually book your stay and travel. To activate the voucher, a payment covering the associated taxes for the complimentary hotel stay is required.

Which resorts are available?

Available resorts change regularly, but at any given time there are hundreds of 4 and sometimes even 5-star resorts to choose from. Here’s a sampling of actual resorts others have booked with their voucher:

Can I travel with my children?

The voucher provides accommodations for 2 adults. In some cases, up to 2 children under the age of 12 can be accommodated as well, but there are no guarantees.

Are flights included in these travel incentives?

No, we are sorry the flights are not included. The recipient of this voucher is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, taxes, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.

When can I book my travel dates after I activate?

Immediately. All we ask is that you give a minimum of 30 days advance notice to secure your travel dates. This means, for example, you can book dates starting 31 days from today or 45 days from today, 90 days or more. We recommend searching midweek travel dates or Sunday through Thursday check in dates and avoid weekends and holidays as these may have fewer hotel choices or may not be available. Some weekends may only be available with a small surcharge.

Am I eligible to use a voucher?

At least one traveler must be 21+. That's it! Since there are no timeshare presentations, there are no income requirements or other hoops to jump through.

Can I get together and book several rooms with others who have a travel voucher?

No, sorry. These travel incentive vouchers cannot be used for groups of more than 1 room. The hotels that are offering this promotion will honor only one voucher package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or overlapping arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel. They also will not be available to use during conventions or other special events.

Group travel bookings risk all reservations being canceled, this is one rule that many try to circumvent and we strongly recommend that if you need more than one room you only use one travel voucher and purchase the additional rooms. If you have more than one travel incentive they cannot be used back to back in the same or different destination and they cannot be used back to back to extend travel.

Are there any other expenses/costs to use this vacation incentive?

The recipient of this voucher will receive free room rate accommodations free of charge, which retail is valued from $150.00 USD per night to up to $500.00 USD per night, however, recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: taxes, airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. Please note that if the resort has fees, you may be required to pay them when activating your voucher, otherwise you'll pay them at check in when you arrive at the resort. We encourage you to contact the resort ahead of your booking to get clarity on this.

Can I upgrade my room?

Nearly all resorts offer room upgrades. Upgrades cost extra but are 100% optional. They offer them to give you more options when planning your vacation.

What are the cancellation and refund policies for the voucher?

Once activated the travel incentive will provide you with 18 months to travel and you will be able to choose from all available destinations to find travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. The taxes are non-refundable. The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at regular retail rates. Once confirmed, changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your voucher. If optional upgrades are selected, the cancelation or rescheduling policies will depend upon the individual participating hotel, as well as refunds for any applicable fees.
